Our mission is to raise awareness of how important the use of sustainable and ethically sourced materials is in the fashion industry. By bringing about this change we seek to contribute to the improvement of the lives of thousands of farmers and preserve the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest.
Our History
GR Organic Cotton is Peruvian company dedicated to the production and promotion of Organic and Regenerative cotton fabrics.
Our business model focuses on having a positive effect on the well-being of the San Martin Region and its communities through fostering a healthy relationship between people and nature, promoting conservation and reforestation efforts, and ensuring Fair Trade practices that guarantee a better life for all our partners.
Peruvian Cotton
We specialize in the distribution of fabrics made from two superior cottons: Pima Cotton (extra-long staple) and Tanguis Cotton (long staple). These two cottons are grown in the San Martin region, nestled in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest.
Positive Impact
Our farmers cultivate the cotton through sustainable practices that not only preserve the ecosystem but ensure the well-being of the local communities. Every thread that makes up the final piece of clothing carries along with its outstanding quality the dedication, love, and respect of nature of our farmers. This certification is the highest standard for organic agriculture in the world, and the only certificate with stringent requirements for soil health, animal welfare, and the social wellbeing of farmers and workers. This aligns with our mission to protect the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest and the communities that depend on it.
